The Current Context

The crisis of contemporary analytic training

Conceptual Dispersion

The contemporary landscape of psychoanalysis is characterized by a marked theoretical and methodological dispersion. Many training spaces dilute the rigor of Freud's doctrine, prioritizing commercial and disjointed perspectives at disproportionate costs.

Professional Isolation

Many clinicians and psychotherapists in various latitudes face the absence of quality training institutions in their geographic environment. This limitation restricts their access to theoretical and conceptual supervision tools for their practice.

Institutional Marginalization

The hegemony of the reductionist medical-psychiatric model and brief behavioral therapies has tended to marginalize the depth of the clinical practice of the unconscious. As a result, the structural approach to subjective suffering is discarded.

Clinical Skills

Training Coordinates and Competencies

General Psychoanalysis Training Program

Structural Understanding of the Psychic Apparatus

To elucidate the functioning of the unconscious, psychic defenses, and compromise formations (dreams, parapraxes, symptoms) that configure subjectivity and the social bond.

Articulation of Metapsychology

Mastering the logic of analytic treatment. The participant will acquire the theoretical competencies to understand drive dynamics and to articulate transference during the clinical process.

Approach to Psychosomatic Suffering

Acquiring specific notions about somatic pathology and psychic disorganization, differentiating the phenomena of hysterical conversion from the structural psychosomatic condition.

Epistemological Foundations

Why choose our training program?

Exegesis of the Freudian Text

A curriculum grounded in the critical analysis and rigorous exegesis of Sigmund Freud's texts. We prioritize metapsychological conceptualization so that the student learns to articulate classical clinical nosology without reductionisms.

Technique and the Conduct of the Treatment

We provide the essential coordinates for the conduct of the treatment and analytic technique. The focus is on equipping the clinician to operate on transference, resistance, and symptom in everyday practice.

Clinical Practice of the Soma

We systematically integrate the clinical practice of the soma with psychoanalysis. The study of classical Freudian psychosomatics makes it possible to decipher organic compliance and the fate of the repressed affect in the face of the body's suffering.

International Campus of Excellence

A digital platform optimized for Spanish-speaking professionals worldwide. The pedagogical design of the Virtual Campus facilitates structured, asynchronous, and progressive learning under high academic standards.

Curricular Content

Modular Structure of the Curriculum

Modules 1 to 3

Foundations of Metapsychology and the Psychic Apparatus

An in-depth study of the foundational texts of psychoanalysis. Analysis of the first and second models of the psychic apparatus (the two topographies), the concept of the unconscious, the mechanism of primal repression, and the status of the ego in the structuring of neurosis.

Modules 4 to 7

The Doctrine of the Drives, Narcissism, and Jouissance

The core of psychic dynamism. Conceptualization of the drive as opposed to biological instinct. A systematic study of the essay "Beyond the Pleasure Principle", the duality of the life drive and the death drive, the repetition of the symptom, and the status of narcissism.

Modules 8 to 11

Clinical Practice and Differential Diagnosis of the Structures

Freudian psychoanalytic nosology. The clinical structuring of neurosis (hysteria, obsessional neurosis, phobia) as opposed to psychosis (paranoia, schizophrenia) and perversion. Specific theoretical coordinates to guide differential diagnosis in practice.

Modules 12 to 14

Psychoanalytic Technique and the Conduct of the Treatment

The setting and the fundamental tools of practice. The clinical articulation of free association, evenly suspended attention, the systematic handling of transference and countertransference, the interpretation of dreams, and the end of analysis.
